- Conduct the radiation surveys around radiation sources, x-ray machines and other devices, such as linear accelerators, and preparation of survey reports in accordance with the National requirements.
- Conduct the wipe tests (leak tests) and radioactive contamination monitoring for different radioactive sources and determination of the specific activities of the surface contamination on these sources.
- Conduct counting of the TLD cards for different types of ionizing radiation at the best authorized departments with national or international recognition.
- Preparation of the Radiation Protection Programs (RPP), Emergency Plans (EP), Codes of Practice (CP) and the Quality Assurance Programs (QAP) required for getting the license for the practice and helping in filling and proper preparation of all required forms and commitments.
- Preparation of procedures for the Safe handling, storage and disposal of radioactive waste in accordance with the national regulations.
- Site selection for nuclear facilities, such as waste disposal facilities, irradiation facilities, x-ray machines, nuclear accelerators, permanent and temporary radioactive Repositories.
- Selection of stores for radiation sources and radioactive materials, there design.
- Design and calculation of radiation barriers and shields, both primary and secondary, for different radioactive sources, x-ray machines and nuclear accelerators.
- Offering Scientific and technological consultations on all previously mention items.
- TRAINING SERVICES:
- Training and retraining of the Radiation Protection Officers (RPO) in different fields of practices.
- Training and retraining of the Radiation Operators and other maintenance staff, working in any classified areas.
- Formation and training of the local response team, for the fast response to the emergency situation.
