Investigation of thin films of some high-temperature superconductors by the atomic force microscopy images
Client / Institution: Atomic Institute of the Austrian Universities
Date: 11/1995 – 03/1996
Location: Austria
Description:
Preparation and characterization of superconducting films, investigate the single-crystalline by the atomic force microscopy images.
Investigation of thin films of some high-temperature superconductors by the atomic force microscopy images could get comprehensive and valuable information about the growth conditions and surface defects of these materials.
This project led to the following scientific papers:
– Irreversible Properties of Tl-based High-Tc Superconductors (1996).
Brandstaetter G., Samadi Hosseinali G., Kundzins K., Meslmani Y., Sauerzopf F. M., Straif W., Starchl b. and Weber H. W.; Atomic Institute of Austrian Universities, (ICMC,1996/Japan).
– Surface Morphology of oxygen-deficient Yba2Cu3O7-thin films (1996).
Samadi Hosseinali G., Meslmani Y., Weber H. W., Stangel E., Proyer S., Baeuerle D.; Atomic Institute of Austrian Universities, (ICMC,1996/Japan).
– Comparison of J_ c in Tl-2212 and Tl-2223 Thin Films (1996).
